This device changes the instrument pitch behind this device very slightly.
A dial, inside this device, provides an additional value of pitch bend Midi message.
So you send a pitch bend message to this device, it adds dial's value to the pitch bend value and sends it to behind device.

デバイス内のダイヤルの値は送られたピッチベンドメッセージに加算されて後方のデバイスに送信されます。
